Terms of Service
Effective May 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using s2khub.com (“s2khub,” “we,” “us”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). s2khub is operated by AutoStockX LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AutoStockX LLC. We may update these Terms at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact on s2khub. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Accounts & Membership
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@s2khub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Full membership requires verification of Honda S2000 ownership. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership at our discretion. Verified membership status does not constitute an endorsement of any member.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant AutoStockX LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion, without notice.
5. DMCA & Copyright
AutoStockX LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on s2khub infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent: dmca@s2khub.com. We will respond promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
6. Marketplace
s2khub provides a venue for members to list and discover vehicles and parts. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We make no representations about the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any listing.
All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. AutoStockX LLC has no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction conducted through or discovered via the platform. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before any purchase. Commercial dealers must comply with all applicable state vehicle dealer licensing requirements independently of their use of this platform.
7. Third-Party Listing Data
s2khub aggregates publicly available listing data from third-party sources to help enthusiasts track the market. This data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We comply with applicable copyright law and honour valid takedown requests submitted to dmca@s2khub.com.
8. AI Features
The s2khub AI assistant is provided for informational purposes only. Responses are generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude) and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional mechanical advice. AutoStockX LLC is not liable for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated information. Your queries are processed by Anthropic subject to their privacy policy.
9. Payments & Subscriptions
Premium features are available via paid subscription processed by Stripe. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorise AutoStockX LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; access to premium features continues until that date.
We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use of the premium subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use s2khub to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or content
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission
- Circumvent security measures or access accounts you do not own
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Use the AI assistant to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
- Impersonate AutoStockX LLC, s2khub staff, or any other person or entity
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
11. Intellectual Property
All s2khub branding, design, software, and original content is owned by or licenced to AutoStockX LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
s2khub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoStockX LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AutoStockX LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100 USD.
Any claim arising from your use of the platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose; claims brought after this period are permanently barred.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoStockX LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party. This obligation survives termination of your account.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@s2khub.com. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date. Sections 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@s2khub.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@s2khub.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
17. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoStockX LLC regarding s2khub.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
- Force majeure: AutoStockX LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
